A local fully qualified and insured complimentary therapist registered with the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Therapies offered are non-invasive and help to activate the body's own natural healing processes. Appointments are tailored to suit your individual needs and treatments can be blended together. The aim at every treatment is to support with presenting symptoms but also provide the opportunity for deep relaxation, nurture and care.

About Me & Higham Holistic Therapies
My name is Claira and I am passionate about holistic wellbeing and supporting people with the stresses and strains of life. I first connected with Reflexology and Chakra Healing in 1997 at a particularly difficult time in my life and I experienced first hand the difference that complimentary therapies can make. I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2007 and more recently in reflexology for menopause support, Indian shoulder/neck and head massage, aura & chakra clearing (and holistic facial massage is on the way).
My 18 year NHS career focused not only on improving patient experience, but also championing staff wellbeing, menopause awareness, and removing mental health stigma. I currently provide reflexology within complimentary therapy teams in the NHS and am committed to supporting staff, carer and patient wellbeing.
I am passionate about Higham Ferrers and hence wanting to reference our lovely town in the name of my business.
Location
My treatments are provided from a calm and welcoming therapy room in my home in Higham Ferrers with plenty of parking on the driveway, WC facilities and water available. Other venues may also sometimes be used.
There can also be occasions and in certain circumstances where I can offer a home visit for a one hour Reflexology treatment if a client is housebound for any reason (in line with my lone working policy), and no more than approximately 15 minutes drive from Higham Ferrers. I add a £10 additional charge to my treatment rates and apologies but home visits are only available to non-smoking households.

In addition to person centred treatments, I also offer bespoke community talks, demonstrations, workplace wellbeing sessions and festival bookings (please contact me to discuss).
