Yes I am. I am registered with two governing bodies where you can find my details:
I am insured with Alan Boswell Insurance
If you have any questions about any of the treatments I offer, then please contact me either by giving me a call, text or email
For a first treatment I will send a confirmation email with a questionnaire to gather some brief information. This means that I can make sure there are no conditions that would prevent you receiving treatment and we can make the most of the appointment.
I work on the basis of trust. I take cash and card payments at the time of treatment and also bank transfers prior to or at the treatment time.
Yes if you’re with one of the following Providers and Reflexology is included in the plan:
A Healthcare Cashback Plan is a type of low-cost health insurance designed to help families and individuals manage the cost of everyday health and wellbeing expenses. Rather than covering emergency care of major surgery, these plans focus on routine and preventative treatments such as dental check-ups, eye tests, physiotherapy, osteopathy and some complementary therapies including Reflexology and acupuncture (depending on the plan). Because of their affordability and simplicity, cash back plans make regular healthcare more accessible and can encourage people to take a more proactive approach to their health.
Healthcare Cashback plans are also very popular with employers who offer the Plans as a workplace benefit. If you are an employer offering a Healthcare Cashback plan to your employees (and Reflexology is covered) or you are an individual wishing to utilise your plan, please get in touch.
I will send you a reminder 72 hours before your booking. If an appointment is cancelled at this point there will be no charge.
If appointments are cancelled less than 48 hours before a treatment, I will have to charge 100% of the fee unless I manage to fill the slot (which I will do my best to do). Please see my terms and conditions of business
Yes I will never discuss with anyone any aspect of your treatment or share that you have attended. My treatment room is a safe space and privacy will be respected.
I keep my room fairly warm for your comfort so just wear something comfy bearing in mind the following:
Reflexology on the feet:
I will need to be able to work on your bare feet. If you do wear loose trousers, shorts, a skirt, or dress I will also be able to work on the lower part of your legs.
Indian Head Massage/Holistic Facial Massage
I will need to work on your bare shoulders/neck and decolletage area so will provide a wrap to wear and privacy for changing. You might want to leave Neckleses and jewellery at home.
No. The aim is to provide a firm but nurturing touch for all treatments. Even clients who have tickly feet report back that Reflexology is lovely!
My aim at every treatment is for you to feel nurtured, cared for and very relaxed. Sometimes client’s can feel a little emotional afterwards – it’s often connected to being able to completely switch off. I don’t book treatments back to back, just in case a little more time is needed ‘in the moment’
I don’t provide any treatments to clients in the first trimester of pregnancy. I do provide some treatments in the 2nd and 3rd trimester to help with relaxation and reset
